The following ranks go from highest to lowest.
Promotions follow this complicated evaluation sequence:
- Banhammer looks at the recent performance and actions of the person being considered for promotion
- Banhammer weighs the various actions of the person against a series of complicated tables.
- Banhammer gives careful consideration to the potential benefits and downsides to promoting the person at this point in time.
- Banhammer evaluates the "kissassness" of the person being considered. This may or may not be a good thing.
- Banhammer throws out all of the above and just promotes (or demotes) anyone as he pleases. Although #4 is probably a heavy influence.

Would have gone with "Entrenchment Tool", but that was too long.
Ban-Jo [BAN-JO]
Interestingly, it is highly likely that nobody of this rank can play one. That is a good thing.
Ban-Pencil Sharpener [BAN-P#R]
Not to be confused with the non-existent Ban-Pounder.
